Terms and Conditions of the "Win a Car GPS - Write a Review contest"
This Contest is a 'Fun' and 'Friendly' contest to encourage Car enthusiasts to share their views.

1) This contest is open to participation by Residents and Citizens of India only.

2) A "Review" for the purposes of this Contest constitutes a relevant post made by any visitior at the Carbiz Discussion Forum.

3) A "Review" could be about a Car, Car Dealer, Car workshop or on any other relevant subject (the subject headings to ascertain relevancy may be seen at the Car Forum homepage where various headings are listed).

4) For a "Review" to qualify it has to be atleast 100 words in context and gramatically correct. SPAM posts and irrelevant posts will not count and may be summarily removed.

5) All Posts to the Car Discussion Forum are subject to the rules and terms & conditions of the said Forum.

6) The Webmaster of http://www.carbiz.in shall select a winning post (review), in his absolute discretio, from amongst the first 1000 Posts/Reviews posted to the Carbiz Discussion Forum starting from the 26th March 2011.

7) The decison with regard to the selection of the Best Review/Post by the Webmaster shall be final and binding to all concerned.

8) The Webmaster of Carbiz reserves the right to alter/add/delete from these Terms and Conditions as he deems fit in his sole discretion and it is clearly understood that this need not be communicated to those who have posted Review/Posts. Anyone desirous of keeping track of such changes may from time to time refer to the these terms.

9) All posts made by the Administrator are over and above and are not part of this contest
